why microsoft phone is too mutch bad?

Today,i visit microsoft (nokia) service center,people most problem on microsoft phone,someone has charging pin problem,,touch problem,,even when they on mobile data sim signal is gone..but nokia is too much good...i m strange to see this horrible problem..so sad

Go to any service center, you will find people complaining . Service Center is the place where people come with issues.

Go to XYZ service centre and you will see people having troubles with XYZ smartphones.
