why my nokia lumia 625 screen is on/off continuously on its own?

my lumia 625 is starting and get off on its own continuously from past 2 hours. the power off scrolls comes and phone gets off and then get on on its own..help me regarding this matter.

Try holding power button + volume down button till phone vibrates.. See if that works
