Install the windows device recovery tool on your PC and flash your phone to wp8.1. Simply plug your device via a usb cable and upon detection of the phone model by the recovery tool, follow the onscreen prompts to reflash your phone. Will take 20 mins to download the 8.1 build for your phone and another 10 to install it.
