Why is my phone not letting me go in any of my apps on my phone (Lumia Cyan) or my messages?

Why is my phone not letting me go in any of my apps on my phone (lumia cyan) or my messages.

I want to make a call; I click on the phone icon it opens (if you call as soon as you open the app it closes) and closes. The same with my messages and anything that's saved to my phone. What is happening?!

Have you restarted the Phone yet?
