You only have 2 options:

1. Wait the time shown by you handset

2. Hard Reset your phone

Seems like your keylock must of got accidently activted in your pocket maybe.

If you forgot your pin for unlock, you can only fix this by Hard Reset: do a web search for "<phone model> hard reset" and follow those instructions.

If someone else locked up your handset by trying to guess your pin, this is a safety feature to give you time to recover your phone. You must wait the 1020 minutes... Which = 17 hours.
