Why is my phone stuck in narrator mode?

why is my phone stuck in narrator mode?

My lumia 1520 started skipping around from screen to screen uncontrollably, then when I received phone calls no one could hear me. I could hear them. I tried to remove some apps like Cortana hoping it would help, and seen a button that said narrator, now I am unable to use my phone.
