Why is my screen getting hot?

I've bought Lumia 535 last December. My screen is often getting so hot that it feels like burning on the fingers. Mainly I'm facing this problem on the upper left side of the screen which along with it makes the surrounding areas of the phone extremely hot as well. When this happens, the touch stops to work properly.

Will this cause my phone to damage? The warranty is not void and did not face any external damage or anything. It still has like 9-10 months left of the warranty. If this is a potential cause to so, will the customer care or the sales center (from where i bought the phone) of Microsoft/Nokia change my device? Or will they repair it? What is the solution to this problem and which form of service may I be provided?

If the phone is just getting hot on it's own then got get a new one. If you're doing something when it gets hot, like playing a game, then that's just reality. Phones get hot when under intensive use.
