why is my store and windows feedback no opening for lumia 535 windows 10.536?

i wanted to upgrade to 10581 but the update didn't appear and windows insider wasn't working, so i decided to reset to factory setting. when lumia 535 was on again and i tried to go to store to download windows insider the app store was stuck on the blue screen and app store logo on the bottom right corner of the screen

decided to try and report this on windows feedback but it also didnt open, kept crashing. decided to reset my device but the problem is not being solved.

what should i do next??????? HELP!!!
