Why is my window 7 ultimate failed to boot

I think it's because I created a partition and then took some of my internal memory and added it to my partition

could be you broke the bootloader when you created the partition. You might be able to fix it if you have a win7 disk and use it to fix the bootloader. Just go to the recovery screen.
