Why is my Windows 10 saying that the drivers on my Lumia are missing?

Windows 10 two problems

I have two problems with win 10, When i?m on remote desktop and change site in IE the remote desktop craches. The other problem is that win 10 say that the drivers for my Lumia 1020 is missing and dont recognise the device.
But in all I think windows 10 look very promising.
