Why is my Windows 10 slow on my pc?

my windows 10 is slow on my pc

hello every one, i had recently installed windows 10 on my Pc.
my Pc runs a built in ATI Radio express 200 video graphic device which the driver of this device is installed and working properly.

I have a CPU of 3.5 Ghz, 1.5 GB RAM, 90 GB of hard disk space.

when i try to update the graphics device using the device manager in windows 10, it says that i have the proper driver installed in my system.

the question is: why is my computer is slow ? when i open a window it pops up slowly, when i maximize or minimize the window it does that slowly. Unlike windows xp which is running in another disk which it is working fine.

Too low RAM, you are under minimum requirements, then you got a shared GPU build wich consumed at least 256 MB of the total amount!
Try expand to 2 GB at last, it would be perfect if you could find used 4 GB total RAM modules (and a dual core GPU)

Xp is much cheaper than 10, it needed only 512 MB for running and a simple Penitum, but we are talking about decades ago...
