Why is my Windows phone, Lumia 720,unable to install local apps?

why in am windows phone lumina 720 in that we cant find in the store install local app ?

in my phone L720 manual installing file are not showing in the store and i can not find the root of install local apps ins the store what to do ?

If I understand you correctly you're trying to install an app from SD card? You cannot install an app from phone memory. There is no access to 'root' on WP like Android.

If it's not a app that is in the Store you cannot install the app.
