Why is my WP 8.0 / IE10 having problems playing mp4 and mp3's?

WP 8.0 / IE10 mp4 and mp3 playback problems

I can't play mp3 and mp4 files using JW Player on my Nokia 928 WP 8.0 IE10. I don't have this problem on any Andriod or iOS device.

Any ideas out there?
