Why is the Marathi language on Windows phone lacking?

विंडोस् फोन मधी मराठी भाषा नाही. No Marathi language in Windows phone.

विंडोस् फोन मधी मराठी भाषा नाही. अनेक भारतीय लोकं(११ कोटी) मराठी भाषा वापरतात. तर मराठी लवकर टाकण्यात यावी. डेक्सटॉप ओएसवर मराठी संपुर्णतः आहे तर फोन मधी का नाही आश्चर्यच आहे.

There are many states and people(110 million) who have Marathi as their native tongue. We have full fledged Marathi language in windows desktop OS but why is it lacking in windows phone. Please do the needful.
