Why is the phone/device storage is not showing up in storage sense on Windows 10 mobile?

I want to move my apps on SD card but the problem is the phone storage is not showing up; only sd card.

This is a known issue (in release notes) for the current build. Hopefully the next release will fix it.

Absolutely. And Gabe Aul from Microsoft has already stated on his twitter account that the issue is fixed for the next build. We're just waiting on that next build.
