Why is there no snapchat on windows anymore?

I want to know if I will ever be able to have snapchat on my windows phone again.

Because snap chat blocked all third party apps after the leak of peoples pics.

Supposedly with windows 10 you can run android apps and you may be able to use snapchat then.
