Why is windows 10 installing in Spanish?

So I am installing windows 10 and it appears to be in Spanish, I need it in English. Any advice?

Just say "Si" to everything during installation (you can change those options afterwards) and change your language from settings when you first boot your system.

This happened to me, and, knowing a fair bit of Spanish I got thru the installer fine. But now I changed the language to English but the system is still Spanish...
