Why is Windows RT frozen after Windows 10 upgrade?

Windows RT frozen after Windows 10 upgrade

My Windows RT tablet has upgraded to Windows 10 without my assistance. When I switch on I can enter my password and the screen appears but nothing happens, there is no movement , I cannot access anything on the tablet nor use any of the installed apps. I have tried the settings but I cannnot access these either. I would probably be better of on Windows 8 despite its problems!! Can anyone help?

Windows RT can't update to windows 10 and windows 10 would never install by itself unless you had some sort of input on in allowing the update to happen.
