Why isn't explorer.exe refreshing?

I just got this problem today, and it's very very annoying.
When I try to delete, move or create a file, after that, it doesn't refresh.
So when I delete or move, the file still shows there, but isn't actually there
And when I create a file, it doesn't appear, but it is still there.

Windows 10 Pro
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P8700 @ 2.53GHz
System type: 64-bit OS, x64-based processor
