Why isn't Modern Combat 5 working on my Lumia 640xl?

modern combat 5 not working in lumia 640xl

i have downloaded and installed modern combat 5 game but the game crashes while opening. it just shows the gameloft logo and crashes . please help me out . many users experience this problem check the ratings tab's lowest ratings in windows phone store many owners of lumia 535 and other new devices experience this kind of problem . please sort it out , it would be grateful.

Where did you installed that game
I mean phone memory or sd card......I would rather suggest you that don't install big apps and games on sd card unless you have faster sd card......still recommends phone memory for better apps performance.......i wanna tell you that when I installed asphalt 8 on my Lumia 1320's sd card it lags as hell.....but on phone memory no problem at all......sadly it has only 8 Gb internal......cant install more big games at once......but for Lumia 535 I saw reviews of its gaming....it isn't perform well on heavy games ...
