Why isn't my call+SMS filter working after build 10586.29?

call+SMS filter not working after build 10586.29

Is it just my phone or is anybody else having this problem. I was trying to open it then but is showing a text like "Something went wrong. Can't open the filter at the moment. Please try again later or restart your phone". Can anybody help me with this. Please.
I'm using Lumia 540 by the way.

I'm getting the same error but why use it anyway? I'm actually trying to find out how to remove it since W10M has calls and sms filters built in. I tried the date trick but it didn't work.

Block & Filter is built into the Phone and Messaging apps. Long press any call or message contact you want to block within those apps and select Block.

To remove the old call & sms filter go into your storage settings, apps, then tap the call & sms filter then choose uninstall.
