Why isn't my Cortana working in 525?

cortana is not working in 525 ?

I m in india i m using lumia 525 i updated my phone to denim software the cortana is not working it shows ''i m afraid i m not available to help in your region with the language you've chosen".what i do???

Then you have not used the required settings.
