Why isn't my Lumia 1520.3 wireless charging?

lumia 1520.3 not wireless charging

Just received my Lumia 1520.3 from B&H today. I am not getting any response from it when placed on my dt-900. It will only charge by usb. Any ideas?

I got mine from B&H and it charges wirelessly just fine. It might be defective or it may be the AT&T version by accident. Go to settings->extras+info. Look under Manufacturer Name. I see RM-938_lta_lta_905 on mine. RM-938 is the 1520.3. If it says RM-940 then they gave you the wrong phone as that's the AT&T version I believe. If it is the RM-938, then I don't know what to tell you as apparently with it being a latin phone makes the warranty hard to deal with.

Nevermind....my wire for the charger had a broken wire! Fixed it and all is well! Please close this thread.
