Why isn't my Lumia 625 sensor working propely?

my lumia 625 sensor is not working propely. After the call also it is showing the black sereen

after the call over it is showing the black screen only.then i have to lock the screen and again i have to open

Take your phone to Nokia care centre. They'll fix it.
Before that you can try a soft reset, see if that fixes it.

Try after removing screen guard. Because sometimes screen guard itself comes in front of sensor.
