Why isn't my Lumia 830 charging to 100?

my lumia 830 is not charging 100%

no matter how many hours i keep it plugged.my lumia 830 battery remians in 79% only.
what shud i do?

Soft reset whilst charging, vol down and power button together.

My lumia 830 got the same issue with you. Battery charge is always below 80% although I plug to charge cable all day.
I have tried soft reset, hard reset.
I dont know my phone or battery is error.
Have you fixed this problem?

Thabk you. However I have tried soft and hard reset but it still not Ok. Do u know another way to fix this problem?
