It doesn't blink on any phone in the market,never did and never will.It's a sensor and not light

If you are looking for a blinking notification light, ala Android, it's not on Lumia phones. Some have Glance, some don't (can't recall ATM if 730 gets Glance) and all have Action Center, Live Tiles and customization of alerts sent to Lock Screen.

The sensors are not notification LEDs. They sense how close you are to the phone (and turn off the screen if set to do so) or detect how strong the light is and adjust screen brightness accordingly.

There is no LED notification light on the L73x phones.
