Why isn't my WinHD microphone working?

WinHD microphone not working

Hello, I am grasping for an answer to a problem that reared it's head today. When placing a call and the party being called answers, they cannot hear me. I hear them plainly. Yes I did look at the mute key and it is not highlighted. I went into settings and found nothing. Has anyone out there have a clue about this. I am stuck and have emailed Blu, however tomorrow would be the soonest I will hear from them and I am out on business. I depend on this device to communicate. Any help/advice would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.
