Xbox One not reconising Sky + HD Model during One Guide setup

I have tried to set up my new Xbox One to use One Guide. When it comes to selecting the model number my model is not listed. The model number is DRX890WL-Z I have found similar model numbers listed but none work when I send the power command. Do Microsoft update this model list or is that it and stuck using my sky remote to change channels?
