Treasure tag does not work

Some days ago, I posted a message to the Forum, about a frustrating experience with a Nokia Treasure Tag that did not get located by my 930 Denim when connection get lost. In fact, the phone's app did not show any map of the last location the connection get lost with the tag. Now, I can confirm that Treasure TAg does not work with 930 and Denim, because I have got another treasure tag and It is the same. Is it possible to get some information on this issue?

I've never used a Treasure Tag, so I can't offer first-hand experience, but even for those who do, a little more information would help. I recommend creating an account to allow two-way conversation. It's free.

The tag uses Bluetooth, correct? When you go to your bluetooth settings on your phone, does it show up as a device there? Can you pair to it?

My treasure tag stopped working with my Lumia 822, when it was updated to 8.1 Denim. I read somewhere "Not supported.". Oh well, it didn't work perfectly.
