Why isnt Windows 10 Mail not working?

I have been repeatedly trying to open Windows 10 Mail but I click on it and nothing at all happens. I have tried logging on and off, turning my computer on and off for half an hour but nothing is working.
Any help please???

Are you on the released version of Win10 or the beta builds?
Most important - Have you installed al the updates? This is system updates and app updates... You can check by opening settings and going to Update & Security...then checking for updates. For App updates, open the store and click on the picture next to the search field, then click on the download and updates.
Also - Have you checked to ensure your computer hasn't used all your resources while doing background tasks? I have seen this on a computer. I just waited the 10 minutes for it to finish what was doing and it started to behave.
Also - Have you verified your account is set up correctly? Perhaps you can remove it and re-add it.
