why my lumia 920 is not charged?

my lumia 920 turned off from lack of battery but when i try to charge it it shows nokia logo but after that a battery logo with a question mark comes up and then it turns off again. ?what should i do?

The 920 is a very dated device.

• Your battery may be at end of life.
• USB port is broken.
• Bad charging brick or cable.

The only way I know of to reset the battery is to leave it on the original functioning charger over night.

If a long deep charge doesn't work the device will need to be disassembled and the battery including the charge port should be replaced.
