Why my Surface pro 2 , windows RT 8.1 store is not opening ?

My surface pro 2 is not working properly without Product key. I bought it 2 days ago. I need the product key to active it .

I assume you are talking about the Microsoft Activation? If yes, you should have got a code with the unit.

You might want to give more details... and clarify what the RT 8.1 store is - the Surface Pro 2 doesn't run RT.
