Why new speech language and keyboard is unable to download in W10 preview build 10581

Hi,

I have Lumia 925 and I installed a Window 10 preview build 10581 through insider update.

When I download regional speech language (English - India) and keyboard it shows Error in download (attention required) message every time when I start download, it is a bug or something wrong with my phone????

It also cant be downloaded for Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian......maybe in final build

You have to go to Windows Insider and reselect Fast Loop to "re-sign in" in a sense. I had the same problem with English UK. The idea more or less is that since you're on a preview but you've reset your phone to a new version, you need to reactivate the preview to have access to other downloadables. Try that.
