why no VPN works on my Lumia 640xl?

I have a Microsoft 640xl dual sim lte, when it was ok Windows 8 mobile I had vpn and it was working properly then I update to windows Phone 10 and vpn worked properly again but after a big update when my phone restarted i saw my vpn profile deleted i installed it again and after it connected It's like I don't have vpn, I cannot go to those Website that vpn goes also I installed AnyConnect and it's not working again, also not hotspot shield not other vpn software won't work,
