Why Samsung Easy Document Creator is not working?

[Windows Central Question]

I am using Acer Aspire V5-561P with Windows 10 update 1803. I am using a Samsung SCX-3401 printer with this laptop. After update, Samsung Easy Document Creator used for scanning is not working, where as before update it was working. Should I go back on update?

you do not see the scanner properly
