Why surface book every two years?

In this day technology is development fast .
Do you think is two years between each surface book is too much ?

I don't think so. Two years seems about enough for people to get enough use out of the current model before being persuaded to upgrade due to better technology. Otherwise MS will just over saturate their own product line, kind of like Nokia did with too many Lumia devices.
