Why third party software (Readpoint) keeps asking for activation of registration?

I have successfully installed Windows 10. Since then, a third party software (Readpoint Reader and Downloader at www.readpoint.com/applications/) that was working perfectly before, now every day requests that I activate my registration. Everyday I re-enter my credentials activating successfully, however, the next day the software will ask me again. I have already contacted the specific website but they have not been able to provide a response yet. Is there any setting that can help me register to the third party software permanently?
