Why will my Lumia 1320 not connect to any PC? It is not recognized.

Lumia 1320 is not recognized on my Windows 7 PC or my 8 PC. Why not? What can I do. Only recognized on my Windows 10. Strange!??

On 7 and 8 pc needs to insyall fresh usb lumia dirvers. Try other ports and other cords
