Why won’t my Mac allow me to create a Windows 10 media installaton tool?

So, I was trying to make a Windows 10 media installation tool, and it failed. I had a newly bought drive with 32GB, I was in Boot Camp Assistant, and I had checked all the correct boxes. It was formatting it and then... poof. “There is not enough space available on this disk.” I have NO clue what is wrong, I’ve tried at least five times, and not once has it worked. Any ideas what’s wrong? I would like to note that this computer is AT LEAST eight years old, if not more.

I got windows 10. I found an old laptop somewhere and used that.
