Why won't my computer turn on after upgrading to Windows 10?

My computer won't turn on after upgrading to windows 10

i ran the windows 10 upgrade and now my computer won't turn on. The power comes on but my screen is just blank. The only solution I've seen is to install some recovery cd.. Which I don't have. How can I fix this??!!
