Why won't my Lumia 830 (Windows 10 TP) backup?

My Lumia 830 With Windows 10 TP Won't Backup. Help!

Is anyone else having this issue? I've already tried syncing my Microsoft account, toggling the app backup off and on, etc. It just remains on 0% for hours. It used to get stuck on 24% prior to simply doing nothing.

Unfortunately it is the side effects of TP. Have you reported it to MS you might get a solution or a fix in the next update whenever that happens
