why wont my movie download

I bought a movie and I can watch it fine when I have WiFi, but when I try to download it so it plays offline, it won't download

where did you the buy the movie from and does that seller allow you to download the movie?

Also. what kind of error are you getting when trying to download? What exactly happens?
