My nokia lumia 530 won't let me send or receive messages

My nokia lumia 530 was letting me end and receive messages earlier but now it won't

What kind of messages are you referring to?

What changed since these messages cannot be sent? Did you update the OS?

Picture Mail (MMS) requires cellular data and won't work over WiFi...
