Why won't my Nokia Lumia 610 turn on at all even with the charger?

my nokia lumia 610 wont turn on at all even with the charger

the windows logo button keep flashing repeatedly

The charge is not enough to turn the phone on. Wait or use a powerful charger.

There's no soft reset in wp7 devices

Soft reset=removing battery and inserting again.

Yep, but for WP 8/8.1 users its just vol down + power key.
