Why won't my phone make a data connection?

No data connection

Since a couple of weeks my phone (925) won't make a dataconnection over 3G/4G any longer. My provider tells me that everything is fine on their side. I tried the SIM in another phone and it did not work either.

I cannot figure out why it wont connect.

Is there any tool or anything that can help me to find out why it wont connect. A log file somewhere?

See Bolded (above), your SIM card is BAD.
