Maybe you want to say that you can't hear sound from your speakers but the speakers are powered. It's a problem in windows 10. Please update your drivers!

Maybe you want to try and provide just a little relevant support on the problem rather than a feeble attempt at correcting other people's English.

Maybe you should have a development conversation with your supervisor.

Maybe he doesn't have a supervisor, this is a public forum not a Microsoft support site.

I understand not every one speaks English but asking the right question does make it easier for people to answer and he did go on to suggest updating drivers.

I opened realtek HD audio manager.
select settings
change rear inputs to individual inputs

I got sound!!!!

I had to uninstall my sound driver from device manager and then restart the computer and let Windows re-install them.
