My phone has been on charge all evening, and was okay when I used it as an alarm in the earlly hours of this morning. I put it in my pocket, then took it out and now the touch screen won't work. I've tried turning it off and on, but the only thing that comes up is the back button, windows logo and the bing search. It also shows at the top of the phone, slightly lower and to the right of the camera, a permanent red light.
Could someone tell me how to fix it?
