Why won't my Venue 11 Pro 5130 complete it's log in

My Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130 tablet will not finish the logging in process. I have hard booted it by holding down the power button but that didn't work. I also shut down and removed the battery but it still will not finish the log in process.

Can anyone help me?

I need to ask a few questions. Your answers will tell me if I can help you or not.

Questions .....................

1. What shows on the screen ?
Just dots running in circle or there was an error message ?

2. If you reboot but don't sign in, do you see 3 icons at bottom right of the sign in screen ?
Such as ...... Easy Access, Network and Power ?

3. Did you install anything before this failure to login happens ?

4. How long ago is this problem ?

5. Do you create regular system restore points ?

6. Do you do regular system image backup ?
