Why won't my video's play after installing Windows 10?

I use the Chrome browser and had no problems until installing Windows 10. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Where are these videos from? Are they streaming from a website or personal videos that you have stored on your PC? Or are they purchased from a website (if so, which one)?
