WiFi and hotspot won't open
I'm running latest firmware and OS .164 (non-insider) on 950xl dual sim T-Mobile. two nights ago I was using my phone as a hotspot to my sp4 and since then, I have not been able to enable either of them on my phone. if I click on the wifi toggle in the quick actions nothing happens and if I click on hotspot in the quick actions it activates for a split second before turning back off. if I press and hold both I can get to the menu and manually activate each, but they either don't activate or say something along the lines of "we cannot activate now, please try again later."
before everyone tells me to hard reset, I just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this... first time it's ever happened and seems to correlate with the latest build.
